Untitled[edit]

Much of the information on this page (currently mainly in the Austin section) comes from the directory of Texas Radio Stations from the Texas Music Office, part of the website of the Office of the Governor, whose site policies include the following statement:

"All photographs are copyrighted and may not be used without permission. Permission to reproduce from this website for noncommercial purposes is freely granted. This permission statement must be included in any noncommercial reproduction. Commercial use of any reproduction of any portion of this website is strictly prohibited."

Usually the content isn't quoted verbatim and really isn't the kind of stuff that would require attribution, but I figured I'd include this notice here just for good measure. - dcljr 01:30, 3 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Frequencies[edit]

Neat trick using hidden span-tags to get the AM and FM frequencies to sort together, but wouldn't it make more sense to have the AMs sort before the FMs, not the other way 'round? - dcljr (talk) 22:28, 25 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

More designed to get everything sorted together (all AMs separate from all FMs). This way required less markup, and in the case of the longer lists, much quicker loadtime. JPG-GR (talk) 23:33, 25 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, but this is what I was talking about. Now the AMs sort before the FMs. (An alternative approach would be to give the frequencies as, say, "AM 1150" instead of "1150 AM", and use span tags only to put a leading zero where needed — e.g., "AM 0650". Divide[edit]
