Translating maps into Spanish

See pathoschild comments above first, please. I think this policy is wrong: you're preventing more valid edits from open proxy users than vandalism. I cannot do anynthing to force my ISP (Telefonica/Terra) to close its proxy, so what am i (and the rest of users) supposed to do?

The unblock request was removed (the comment said the block doesn't seem to exist) but i'm still blocked :( :

This problem is a direct result of Bug #550. I and many others have pleaded to have this fixed, but to no avail. Owen× ☎ 00:04, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
