Would it be better if all the subarticles didn't start with the same preamble, which is essentially the same as at the top of the page? Best, mat_x 12:08, 11 Aug 2004 (UTC)

pictures for each of the quidditch teams[edit]

I've created shields for each of the teams. I'm sure others could do better but these might do until others eventuate. Anyone think we should include illustrations in this article? I'll need some instruction in uploading if so.Astonspider 17:24, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ballycastle bats[edit]

There is a Ballycastle in County Mayo as well. How do we know the Co Antrim town is homes of the Bats? seven+one 00:29, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Gregorgovitch Dragomir[edit]

I don't quite remember, but isn't Gregorgovitch Dragomir, the chaser from Chudley Cannons, actually Dragomir Gorgovitch? When Harry had the "dream" thing about Gregorovitch, the wandmaker, and Ron asked him if he was thinking about Gorgovitch, the chaser from Chudley Cannons. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.59.23.140 (talkcontribs)

Yes, you're right. But it's Gorgovich. —MC 18:00, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dumbledore's support[edit]

Is there any textual evidence that Dumbledore supports the Chudley Cannons? I was under the impression that he was a Puddlemere United supporter (Quidditch through the Ages - "May I also take this opportunity to wish Puddlemere United the best of luck this season." Book seven - any quote would be a spoiler (and, despite any policy, I think we should avoid that here) but it's made pretty clear. Bduddy 05:57, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No it didn't, it was just a comparrison. He was just saying that because most Quidditch supporters would know that the Chudley Cannons are rubbish and finish in last place every year. There is no evidence to state that Dumbledore himself is a fan of them.Wild ste 10:50, 17 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
