Hello!

Thank you for your helpful contributions to the article Shirin Ebadi. One small request: while editing, please use the Preview button when possible rather than the Save Page button; it makes it easier to follow the changes in the Page History. Use the Save page button only when you are finished an editing session. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Shirin_Ebadi&action=history

Image copyright tags[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:New Majlis.jpg and Image:New Majlis Building.jpg. I notice they currently don't have image copyright tags. Could you add these to let us know its copyright status? (You can use {{gfdl}} if you release it under the GFDL, or {{fairuse}} if you claim fair use, etc.) If you don't know what any of this means, just let me know where you got the images and I'll tag them for you. Thanks so much, Tagishsimon (talk) 16:30, 30 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Image deletion warning The image Image:Zkazemi.jpg has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree images. If the image's copyright status cannot be verified, it will be deleted. Scuse me for my bad english. I have wrote an article "Shah Nama" on the french version of wikipedia, but I don't have photos to illustrate it. So, I have seen you put images on the english version. Can you place them in wikimedia commons, for everybody can use them ?

Thank you, and good continuation, Calame (of the french version).

License tagging for Image:IranPassportCover.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:IranPassportCover.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --OrphanBot 03:06, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image tagging for Image:FrPass.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:FrPass.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Orphaned non-free media (Image:FrPass.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:FrPass.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 02:25, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for uploading File:EslamKazemieh1.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. License tagging for File:Prince alireza pahlavi.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Prince alireza pahlavi.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 09:07, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
