Moved this section here until the issue is resolved:
- Others, however, praised it as a tribute to writer Rod Serling, who wrote the screenplay for the 1968 film and who often used such twist endings in his series, The Twilight Zone.
Who are these others? I could see the possible connection, and I'm not claiming you made this up, but this "Some people say... Others counter..." nonsense has to stop. -Seth Mahoney 05:13, Aug 30, 2004 (UTC)
- When you read thousands and thousands of web articles and newspaper articles, it's not always possible to quote chapter and verse. Often, using generic terms such as "others" and "some people say" is the only way to handle it. In any event I put a version of the above comment back into the article, but reworded as a statement of fact. 23skidoo 04:57, 2 Dec 2004 (UTC)
