"Recently, gangsta rappers have taken a liking to the city, and proclaiming their love have introduced the lyrics: "You down with Opp?/Yea, you know me!""

This needs to be removed as it is misleading. Although it could be true that gangsta rappers have taken a liking to the city, and quoted those lyrics, Naughty By Nature, the group that "introduced" the lyrics explain the multiple meanings of the initialism quite well in the song's verses. If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
