Fair use rationale for Image:Icky cover.jpg[edit]

Image:Icky cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. I don't think the track listing is complete[edit]

I ripped the DVD to my harddrive, and encoded the files to AVI. The DVD menu file in particular contains extra tracks. I assume these are easter eggs of a sort and not on the official track listing. But they ARE on the DVD, and SHOULD be counted, in my opinion, as they are tracks that are on it -- even if they aren't in the "official" list. This includes: Wormwood (live) (1999 House Of Blues), with Conway Twitty - Night Music (live) (1990) (NBC), Pee Wee's Playhouse (1989) (ABC), Offbeat Night (1988) (Tele 5 Munich), Slow Bob (1991) (MTV) (from Slow Bob In The Lower Dimensions, by Henry Selick). Unlike the rest of the DVD, these bonus songs/tracks only have one audio track.

I know better than to put this in the actual article because then people like to get nasty with me. But someone else really oughtta do that... ClintJCL (talk) 16:25, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
