1. This individual is dead and due to short length of time since death it is unlikely that any free alternatives exist in the public domain.
2. This image is of fairly low resolution
3. This image is used for educational purposes in the article on Aba Bayefsky
4. This image is used to identify the subject of the article on Aba Bayefsky and the identification that this image provides could not be comparably completed with prose alone.
5. Identification of the subject of this article could not comparably be completed via prose alone.
6. This image should not detract from any resale value this image may have
