Welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for the excellent article on multidrug resistance. Can I just check one thing, though: you cite "Noble: Textbook of Primary Care Medicine, 3rd ed., Mosby, Inc. 2001." as a reference -- your article is so well-written that (unfortunately) I have to ask you whether you cut-and-pasted it out of the book (not OK; see Wikipedia:Copyrights), or did you write it yourself, simply using the book as reference, which is OK? (What worried me was the copyright notice on the cite; that's usually a sign of a cut-and-paste; we try hard to ensure that Wikipedia does not violate the copyright of other authors and publishers).

I hope you do not regard my asking as a slight on your character: some people do actually cut-and-paste, so I have to ask anyway. If I had the book on hand, I'd check for myself, but I don't.

Thank you for your kind words. I am a family medicine resident, and therefore have a fair understanding of medicine. The article is wholly original.
