Hi Chris: I had not appreciated that Echelon formation was solely a military topic. I thought that the paragraph about migratory birds showed it to be about echelon formations in general. Echelon faults are just one example of echelon formations in geology, however, so I have revised your version of Echelon (disambiguation).
