LL2B[edit]

An acronym definition for something that has Internet presense mainly in blogspot.com. I think this refers to a non-notable company in Chennai, India, but it is hard to say for sure, given nearly total lack of context in article.   • Delete and/or Merge, I don't think Wikipedia should be used as a promotion ground for a blogspot.com blog, but perhaps if there is any substance to the E-Administration related stuff it could be merged with said article. Inter 07:56, 14 Jan 2005 (UTC)
