I have joined in 2005 (my new year's resolution was to contribute to this wonderful source of knowledge and not only use it).

I am German married to an American, have studied French and English and lived for one year in England. I also used to work as a tour guide and still teach, translate and guide a youth group.

Since 1998 I have been working at several software companies. Since 2018 I have been working with colleagues in the field of molecular biology. My focus is customer support, training and consulting. I hope my contributions to the English Wikipedia are helpful to others.
