Hi, I changed one sentence for the sake of NPOV. The principles may indeed be sound for a bodybuilding programme, but not all fitness enthusiasts believe that Western bodybuilding's theories are inherently sound compared to their own. This isn't a value judgment of the subject of the article, I'm not saying that bodybuilding is right or wrong, just acknowledging that not everyone agrees that the precepts of bodybuilding are the healthiest thing someone can do for fitness training. Accepted. I put back your changes after I noticed your edit. (Oops.) It's hard when I'm editing a file and periodically updating the page. GeorgeStepanek 02:31, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
