This article should explain how the move of CBF from 690 to 95.1B was made possible by the move of WXXX from 95.3 to 95.5 (it may have even been included in the negotiations for that move, but I have no documentary evidence). Contrast CBME-FM which did not get such preferment and as a result has a seriously impaired signal. 121a0012 17:23, May 29, 2005 (UTC)
