Okay, I just created this Welcome template to be used for IPs who make good edits. As well as being just a general welcome, it also encourages them to sign up. Feel free to edit this initial idea. Any suggestions? --Dmcdevit 04:28, 30 Apr 2005 (UTC)

IP address

There should be an internal link to the encyclopedia page for IP address. Many people (especially anonomous users) don't know what IP addresses are.

Bottom not working?

The bottom of the template isn't working for some reason. I don't know enough about these technicalities to fix it myself, but the "ask me on my talk page" bit is not linking properly and has a line at the bottom that's indented. I've removed the stuff that's supposed to make it link to your talk page. I don't know how to make it work correctly, and it's messing up the template. If someone knows how to make it work properly, go ahead and add it back. --Icarus ^(Hi!) 20:20, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
