Hwa chong humanities

There's precious little indication what the institution itself is, so we have no idea if it's notable; even if the institution is established, this particular department is not individually notable, and especially it's not notable that one guy is always patting his belly and thinks another has a nice butt. • The institution is Hwa chong. What we have here is a breakout article for the humanities teachers of a school so noteworthy that all that the author of the main article could think to write about it was a one-sentence "{{subst:{name}}} is a school in {{subst:{location}}}" article with added academic boosterism for flavour. There's nothing of value here to merge, and retaining the title as a redirect is pointless. Delete. And note that List of schools in Singapore would be better off as a set of tables.
