You're right that it's not fair to mention someone by name in an NPOV article about killfiling...but still, if you know anything about Matt Giwer, then you'd agree that he is certainly one of the most killfiled persons on the entire Internet.  :) --Modemac 18:27 3 Jun 2003 (UTC)

Hmm, I'm more familiar with the terrible JSH (James Harris) of sci.math.. Ever noticed Nancy Lieder and the zetacrap on sci.astro? terribly amusing stuff.. :) -- Rotem Dan 18:45 3 Jun 2003 (UTC)

Net.ghosts[edit]

The person who winds up in a sufficient number of killfiles is said to be (in danger of becoming) a 'net.ghost'. There is a (general) reference to the 'net.-' prefix in the Jargon File; otherwise, I am unfortunately not able to find any reference to this term, nor even find an instance of its use in a search of Google Groups, though I recall seeing it used several times on Usenet. --96.251.93.152 (talk) 10:46, 16 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
