NPOV Decision?[edit]
- How come this case has been completely decided without the accused being given an opportunity to respond? Alberuni has been apparently blocked for weeks (by the involved editors, Jayjg and his friends, of course.)
- Interesting that not one single arb asked about Alberuni's response, even though there was not one single word from him on the evidence page.
- David Gerard, who has repeatedly banned Alberuni during this case and has also posted evidence against Alberuni on the evidence page, should have recused himself from this case.
- What's up with Alberuni being banned for one year for personal attacks, while IZAK is banned for just 10 days, and RK for 4 months (total for all offenses) [1], for personal attacks that are obviously much more offensive (see IZAK and RK evidence).
- The only evidence cited here is Alberuni caling an editor a "dishonest pro-Israeli propagandist". There are probably more similar examples, but they surely do not come even close to repeatedly calling many editors Anti-Semitists, which is what IZAK and RK did, and received only a virtual slap on the wrist.

I find this ban to be a VERY DISTURBING warning as to how easily some admins can abuse their positions. I have seen numerous RfA's overruled for worse offences. As for Alberuni's response to the request that he read the policy of No Personal Attacks, his response: "I reviewed it but I didn't find anything in there that could help you get a life." is more worthy of a Barnstar for services to comedy on Wikipedia than a ONE YEAR banning order!! 131.111.144.99 17:30, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
