Erm[edit]

"Valiant's search for the killer takes him to a variety of suspects including Roger's widow, Jessica Rabbit and his former co-star Baby Herman. The book has a surprise ending.
Another Roger Rabbit book entitled Who P-P-P Plugged Roger Rabbit?: A Hare-Raising Mystery was also written by Wolf. The book was a sequel to the film and not the first book, however, so Roger is still alive in it."

So much for surprise ending. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Crtrue (talkcontribs) 18:34, 13 November 2004

What are you talking about? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.63.22.39 (talkcontribs) 17:48, 15 February 2005
It's already stated that the plot of the first book has Eddie Valiant investigating Roger Rabbit's murder, so that sentence has no bearing on the surprise ending. -- Supermorff 21:24, 4 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Novel - Film[edit]

It says: "Although the book features many of the same characters used in the film, some of their characteristics, as well as the basic plot, are significantly different." Since the `88 Film is based on the novel, shouldn`t the differences between novel and film be explained in the article to the film, not the other way around? Gott 01:55, 18 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The current plot summary[edit]

A lot of text was added in this edit. It has a fair number of errors and is probably too long. It seems to have some detail that may be useful, though, which is why I haven't deleted it. --Officiallyover (talk) 12:28, 17 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

What, No Reception or release notes?[edit]

the title says it all, with the film garnering a lot of attention to the book, it would be interesting to know about how the book recieved before and after the movie came out, and wether any other print runs were done, other than just a mention about the differences between to diff covers.
