An article to which many recent major changes have been made that have not been adequately checked over by others but need to be can be tagged with a {{flux}} at the beginning, which adds the following message to the top of the article:

This article documents a current event.
Information may change rapidly as the event progresses.

This tag should be removed when it's felt the new material or changes have reached a fairly stable state.

It is hoped that the presence of this tag will make users more inclined to tolerate temporary changes which might otherwise be seen as ruining the article due to imperfections, thus cutting down on bad feelings and edit wars.
