Summary[edit]

34-cent postage stamp issued by the U.S. Postal Service on the 1 September 2001. It features gold Arabic calligraphy on a lapis background that commemorates two of the most important muslim festivals: Eid ul-Fitr, marking the end of the month-long fast of Ramadan and Eid al-Adha.

Designer: Mohammed Zakariya.
