# of championships[edit]

Tomislav Ivic definitely should be among those who have won league titles in at least 4 countries. The ref included also notes Bela Guttmann but his inclusion is debatable because either FIFA's research is terrible (which seems to absurd even for them) or the consider winning a league title being manager for any portion of a campaign that results in winning a title (as Guttmann was manager of AC Milan and Penarol in years they won league titles but was sacked before the end of the season in both cases). controversially[edit]

Why is every loss of Italy "controversial". Right now the introduction reads like "they were controversially knocked out...then they were controversially knocked out .... then they were controversially knocked out." It leads very repetitive and somehow sounds like the others always cheated somehow and that this is the only reason they were knocked out. --92.224.56.161 (talk) 20:29, 14 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The elimination in the 2010 World Cup was with Ireland, not Italy. --Newblackwhite (talk) 12:36, 15 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

And the others did cheat. [1] [2] [3] [4][5] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.45.77.91 (talk) 03:07, 16 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
