There was already a topic of compartment syndrome here so I merged in a stub on chronic compartment syndrome. I suppose compartment syndrome might qualify to be moved to its own page, currently it redirects here. Osmodiar 14:41, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Grammar[edit]

I'm afraid the level of english grammar is not very high on this page. For example, "Compartment syndrome is an acute medical problem following injury or surgery in which increased pressure (usually caused by inflammation) within a compartment."

Where is the verb here?

Perhaps this could be rewritten as: "Compartment syndrome is an acute medical problem following injury or surgery in which increased pressure (usually caused by inflammation) **occurs** within a compartment.
