Just because the supreme court favors corporations does not mean the 14th amendment to the constitution was ratified. Any person who works for an institution can favor another person or organization but that does not mean the institution granted or included rights.

The word persons was derived from human. Any speech including the word person is referring to HUMAN. HUMAN BIOLOGICAL LIFEFORMS.
