My brother is moving to Florida soon; If Ideclare my apt a "micronation", and fire up PaintShop and create a "stamp", attach it to an envelope and pay him to develop it to a mutual friend in FL, am I encyclopedic? I vote no.
If a dozen people follow this event? I still vote no.
A hundred or a thousand? Getting close, but I still say no.
Thousands? OK, probably.
Bottom line, I think any "micronation" trying to be included in Wikipedia has to prove a SIGNIFICANT following. Niteowlneils 07:01, 4 Apr 2004 (UTC) Keep. Didn't realize it was that type of micronation. Just goes to show there's a good reason I usually do my own research before voting. Niteowlneils 03:31, 5 Apr 2004 (UTC)
