Since this category is a subcategory of Category:British people, then everyone listed here should be British. However, that leaves a gap: non-British presenters on British television. For example: Des Lynam, Graham Norton, Terry Wogan (all Irish). Putting them in this category as it stands is clearly wrong; but these individuals, and no doubt others, clearly belong somewhere in the vicinity of this category.
