The article requires proofreading and major corrections. Apparently, articles are missing in numerous places. I will focus on grammar and wording at first and move on to other amendments as deemed necessary.

Tsheboksari[edit]

At least this is the Finnish version of the name. But what about the satellite town part located on the north bank of Volga. A Russian map 1:200.000 (2003) shows it also with name Tsheboksary (Oktjabrskij) and belonging to City district of Tsheboksary, not to the District of Tsheboksary. In addition also separate settlement Sosnovka and village Pervomaiskij is inside the adminstrational city border. But then follows the curiosity of Soviet border drawing. The 12 km of road which connects Sosnovka to the small villages Proletarskij (less than 100 inhabitants) and Severnyi (less than 500 inhabitants), with both village areas belong also inside border of City of Tsheboksari. Also ferry harbour named Kuvshinka is inside the City border. There is also a narrow gauge (750 mm) peat railway inside the city borders running from peat bogs north of Sosnovka via Sosnovka to Tsheboksary (Oktjabrskij) and continues north to the city border. Ulitsa Zavolzhnaja connects Sosnovka to Oktjabrskij, and Ulitsa Pestshaja to Kuvshinka. Other main streets are: Ulitsa Leshozhaja, Ulitsa Razdolnaja, Ulitsa Tsentralnaja, Ulitsa Zatonnaja, Ulitsa Lesorubov, Ulitsa Tshurotshnaja.

From the map I also found out that Zaovrazhnoje, Novoillarionovo, Koshkino, Traktornaja, Soljanoje, Pjatino, Juzhnyi, Grjemjatshevo, Vostotshnyj, Tshalajevskij, Vatshalkasy are the names of suburbs.

Jagudary, Maloje Shahtshurino, Algeshjevo, Vurmankasy, Lapsary, Novyi Lapsary, Bolshoi Karatshuri are also named, presumably as urban settlements adminstrated by the City of Tsheboksary. There seems also to be Tshapajevskij located south-west of Koshkino.

Is Trusuha River the border between Kalininski and Moskovski districts?

Cheboksary is administratively divided into three city districts: Kalininsky (east), Leninsky (central), and Moskovsky (west). The urban-type settlement of Novye Lapsary is in administrative jurisdiction of Leninsky City District, but it is not a part of Cheboksary proper. Same goes for the urban-type settlement of Sosnovka and the village of Chandrovo, which are administratively subordinated to Moskovsky City District. The settlement of Severny is also subordinated to Cheboksary, but I'll need to look up information as to which city district (if any) it is subordinated to. Municipally, Cheboksary with all of the localities mentioned above are included into Cheboksary Urban Okrug. The city of Chekosary/Cheboksary Urban Okrug is surrounded by Cheboksarsky District, which is both administratively and municipally separate from the city. Generally, your opinion of Prof. Dr. Mirfatyh (Mirfatykh) Zakijev´s (Zakiev) "Sakaliba are Kipchaks, and Bulgars are one of Kipchak Tribes" regarding part of Chuvassians is most welcome to provide accurace information of the roots of Tshuvassian (Chuvashian) people. Su = Turkic water, Ar = Ud-murts in Tatar dialect. As far as I know the Tatars have never been any forest or water oriented people. Peharps Suars are most likely originally by roots of Tatarnized old Permian branch of Finno Ugrian people (Komi Permjakkis?) moved south from River Kama course to Itil (Volga) Bolgharia (Volgharia) after c.650-700 to handle as traders the large annual fur trade from Perma via Volga Bolgharia to Middle East and beyond even long before the "Varjag / Varakki" period 890-1050. Or descendats of Herodotos Gelons living among the Budins (Vudins) = Arjaanis = Votjakkis (Otjaks) = Odos = Ud-murts. But in the last mentioned case they should have been dark heared, dark skin people. But Merdi (Mordva) Erzas (Ersäs) call the Suars "vet´ket" (vet = water, ked = skin).
