Either the writer of the article wants people to fear the government or has been watching too many movies. There were no Decon units at the WTC, not even the clean up wore protective clothing beyond boots and masks. Also, it would have to be a military controlled attack or war zone, otherwise Hazmat has no right to force people to be decontaminated, yet seize there personal items. It's a direct violation of the 5th amendment. I've taken a first responder coarse. The most they can do is spray people down with fire hoses.
