Racing licenses?[edit]

The article states that UCI issues racing licenses, but I thought it was the various national federations. Or are there certain circumstances where UCI would issue a license despite the fact that normally this is the responsibility of the national federations. Founded in 1965?[edit]

If, as the first paragraph under History states, that the UCI was founded in 1965 why does it later state that Britain didn't join until 1903? --176.251.246.159 (talk) 19:38, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
