Size: 10-75ft, (Varies with tides, partially submerged at low tide, Shallow waters around island)

History: There is nothing available besides the coordinates and location of the island itself. A possible reason for this could be due to its insignificant size and lack of permanent land.

Description: I kayaked about 0.1 mile(s) out to Goose Island. As you begin to approach the island, mossy rocks hide under the water making docking harder. I stepped off the boat and walked onto the shore. The island is no more than 75 feet across at its lowest tide. Upon high tide, the island is almost completely submerged. The island had ten plants with thick green foliage and small purple flowers scattered around. There was also a grey mud like substance around the edge of the shore and many broken shells as well. This led me to believe the mud and shells were caused by birds visiting there often. I assume that is why they call it, “Goose Island”.
