Untitled[edit]

I don't think it is appropriate to use phrases like "one of the best". That is relative and expresses bias. Since I know nothing about the subject of Dutch hip hop, I'm not going to edit this, but I hope someone else will.

You are absolutely right about the POV. I am coming from the same place as you, but I did a bunch of general copyediting. I tagged an offending section as reading like a review. The article still needs a lot of work. MagnesianPhoenix (talk) 12:48, 1 January 2008 (UTC) [signed retroactively][reply]

Osdorp Posse[edit]

Hey, just wanted to say that the Osdorp Posse where the founders of "Nederhop" as they dubbed Dutch Hip Hop.

Anyone heard "DAC, Bosanova" if you know anything about song/artist post something up here; would be interesting to find out about it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.105.26.238 (talk) 09:32, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Globalize[edit]

This text moved from article preamble:

"This article is written from a predominantly Netherlands viewpoint – neglecting much of the Belgian (Flanders) scene, let alone Dutch- or mixed-language rap/hip hop in the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, nor Suriname! (Suriname is a former colony of the Netherlands, that uses Dutch as its primary official language.)
