The link to Astra Zeneca (Astra Zeneca AB) refers to the Swedish subsidiary of the British entity AstraZeneca plc. Before merging Swedish Astra AB and Britsh Zeneca plc were separate companies. Regarding matters of cooperation with local authorities and conducting research in conjunction with universities in Sweden, the Swedish entity is the legal signatory not the entity of the British public limited company . Changing the link to to AstraZeneca plc, itself a redirect, implies conditions different from the actual mater of fact. -- Mic 10:11, 26 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Chart[er][edit]

I've changed "Chart" to "Charter" in the history section, but I'm not certain I've got that correct. The article appears to be translated and "chart" doesn't really fit. I'm guess it meant "The city had a charter," but I guess it could be "the city appeared on charts (i.e. maps)". If someone can check the Swedish version and confirm for me? tack John (Jwy) 05:22, 7 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Swedish version (which is far more detailed than the English one) doesn't mention either term - the time in the town's history is rather late to care about maps (it was burned by the Russian invaders and hit by pestilence); it's been a well-mapped area for the last thousand or so years.... so I don't know what the original author intended. --Alvestrand 18:14, 24 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I wrote it. It should be charter (as in royal charter). / Fred-Chess 18:45, 24 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
