Certifications[edit]

I had to remove certifications for the following countries: Belgium, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Singapore, Spain, as they were not reliably sourced. The sources used were [1] [2] [3], non of which seem to reliably verify a certificate. Please supply reliable sources and I'd be very happy to reinstate them. --Muhandes (talk) 09:21, 18 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Release date[edit]

@Homeostasis07: sorry for not explaining the edits :) I looked up the article's history and it seems that it had the 20th date until it was changed by yourself in February 2017, now that would be fine except that you did not provide a source for that change. I couldn't find a reliable source for either dates, but a quick google search appears to show more results for the 20th than the 24th. What do you think? Looking further, it seems the 20th date was added by an IP in December 2014... Ellokk (talk) 01:55, 3 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
No worries. ;) As far as the release date goes, a Billboard source I had included in the 'Release and commercial performance' section confirms an October 1997 release date, but the actual date has proved trickier to identify. The source used for the history of this album on the French Album Chart confirms it debuted on the chart dated 25/Oct/1997, which means it must have been released 7 days earlier (the 18th). But then the source for the Swedish Albums Chart confirms the album debuted on October 24th, which means it must have been released in Sweden on the 17th? It's all a big minefield. I did my part trying to confirm its earliest release date. Good luck to you. ;) Homeostasis07 (talk/contributions) 02:32, 3 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Should we go with the 17th then? Ellokk (talk) 02:36, 3 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Whatever you feel like. ;) Homeostasis07 (talk/contributions) 02:37, 3 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
