Comments[edit]

Lang was president of the West Coast Origami Guild for many years. Does anyone have the dates?

The WCOG was founded by Bill Warner in 1971. After some years, they stopped meeting. Lang resurrected it in 1984, then managed it until 1987. There were no elected officers during that time. 69.3.235.80 03:41, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

While I'm here, I'll point out that the link to Stephen Weiss (author list of Origami Zoo) leads to a Canadian hockey player, not to the Floridian paperfolder (and author of "Wings 'n' Things"), if someone wants to fix that. 69.3.235.80 03:41, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fleshed out[edit]

I've fleshed the article out somewhat; further expansion is always welcomed (well-sourced, of course). -- Avi 05:30, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Update[edit]

So I want to note that he designed and folded today's Google Doodle. Can anyone suggest where in the article to put it? Also, was it not Lang who created the TreeMaker program? Arlo Barnes (talk) 16:24, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No pictures[edit]

An article about someone whose fame is from their contribution to origami, and not a single origami picture. Hmmm. This would not even make it to the editors desk in a real encyclopaedia. 86.171.221.68 (talk) 07:45, 27 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
