How can this be a dis-ambiguation page with only one link?? 66.32.144.73 02:03, 15 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]

Tredecimal vs. Tridecimal vs.Triskadecimal[edit]

I have seen the base-13 number system referred to as Tredecimal, "Tridecimal and Triskadecimal, and cannot find a citation that shows whether one, two or all three are correct. Wiktionary, merriam-webster.com and dictionary.reference.com do not list any of the three. A Google search shows Tredecimal being used more often, but many of those examples are a direct result of Wikipedia showing Tredecimal as the preferred form. So I have three questions:

First, does anyone have any evidence at all showing which word to prefer?

Second, should we add a redirect from Triskadecimal as well as Tridecimal?

Third, is this the most obscure Wikipedia editing question you have ever heard, or are their Wikipedia editors out there hat are worse than I am? (Smile) Guy Macon 12:58, 25 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No, probably, and I'd bet far worse can be found. AndyTheGrump (talk) 01:05, 13 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
