Question[edit]

In 1997 it was granted the status of an associate member of IDSF. But in 2002 WD&DSC offers the associate status to IDSF. Does anybody know what's the history between them (besides natural issues of competition)? Mikkalai 03:58, 11 Mar 2004 (UTC)
