Apparently "Curiosity Killed the Cat", but the fact that I am still sitting here, alive and well and very excited, gives me enough reason to believe otherwise. Curiosity is what brought me to this site and it is also the reason why I am typing away hapily, eager to join in this amazing project.
I work as a Marketing Researcher - a field where my curiosity comes in real handy - at a company in Newlands, near Cape Town, South Africa. To me and most other Cape Townians this is the best place in the world and tourists to this lovely city soon realize why. I have not yet done much traveling myself and therefore have little first hand knowledge of the rest of the world, but I am a keen reader and Internet user and love learning about other countries, cultures and people. To me the Wikipedia project represents the most appealing form of global interaction: Sharing knowledge.
