I've translated the first portion. There are a lot of issues however: 1) Sinkang Wenshu seems to refer to a specific set of contractual documents, not just any documents written in romanized Sinkang. As such, I feel that 2) there should be an article about the Sinkang language detailing the development of the Dutch romanized script, with the majority of the material moved over there. Finally, 3) Fanzi is a Taiwanese term that I did not want to attempt to translate for fear of missing the connotation.
