This page looks too much like a travel brochure[edit]

Honestly, this is presented more in a way to sell you on the community than to inform you. Perhaps a clean-up is necessary? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by SmartestChild (talkcontribs) 07:18, 29 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

What's up with the references, what does the SEC Woman's Soccer Championship have to do with Orange Beach. Oh, and the section on the Wharf Sounds exactly like a brochure. ReaperRob 04:27, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced claims[edit]

This may sound like a "travel brochure" as stated above because it may be a copyright violation. May be, I didn't say it was. There are several places in the article hat need to be verified and also referenced. If they cannot be verified, then they cannot stay in the article. Please see WP:V. --Mnemnoch 20:36, 17 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just because this information is present on Wikipedia, it does not make it verifiable. Therefore, any information that is political or historic needs to be cited or it will be removed. --Mnemnoch 18:50, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orange Beach article improvements[edit]

I am new to Wiki editing. I have read, and agree with, the two comments above and the article's tag under Politics. I have made a couple of minor changes to the Orange Beach article but, being new, I am a little uncomfortable making some of the other changes that I think need to be made on this article. (I am currently studying the Wiki edit rules.)

If anyone knows of a city article that would be a good model to study, could you please post it on this discussion?

Bible Belt?[edit]

The See also link to the Bible belt article makes no sense. Nothing in the article indicates that this city is particularly representative of the Bible belt. I'm going to remove the link.--Jim10701 (talk) 19:54, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

SPAM Links[edit]

I removed four or five spam links from the external links part of the page. These are clearly not allowed under WP:SPAM and WP:EL. I hope those of you who watch this page will help us keep it clean. JodyB talk 19:11, 18 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Climate info covered by infobox[edit]

Is there any way to fix the article so the climate info isn't obscured by the infobox?
