Is there a URL for changes from, say, 8:45 to 9:45? For example, I checked recent changes at 11:00 and there were so many that I got them from 9:45, instead of the desired 8:45. It is a bit wasteful on server resources to ask now for all those from 8:45 (using a higher limit). - Patrick 10:00 Feb 25, 2003 (UTC)
