Here is the content:

Racism and racial hatred are now defined as the opinions of people who wish to draw the attention of the public to the fact that ethnic minorities now enjoy special priviliges under the law not available to the principal racial groups of this country

I just don't see anything here that isn't already in the Racism page -- but I put the content here if any one wants to work on it. In the meantime, I put in a redirect Slrubenstein
