Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/How to prepare fried shrimp

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Recipe, bad one at that. Found it on Deadend pages. Lyellin 07:45, Jul 14, 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete: It's not a Wikibooks thing because, frankly, it's not much of a recipe. Cocoanut? "De-vain" the shrimp? Geogre 18:32, 14 Jul 2004 (UTC)
    • Maybe the shrimp have an inflated self-image? Perhaps this is a vanity page for the shrimp. Delete. FZ 22:21, 15 Jul 2004 (UTC)
    • Suggesting that the shrimp are on drugs (fried) and therefore delusional and need to be de-vained? I think you've figured it out, and it's not a recipe: it's an antidote to a rare condition. Geogre 02:59, 17 Jul 2004 (UTC)
    • Devaining means removing the Gastrointestinal tract of a shrimp, you do this by slicing open the back of the shrimp. Still, if you want to learn how to prepare shrimps, I think you should do a google on "how to prepare shrimp". You don't open an encyclopedia to look it up. Delete. • That's "deveining". It's incorrect, but makes a lot more sense than "devaining".-- Cyrius| 00:36, 19 Jul 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete, not an encyclopedia article, barely a recipe. Make sure to get the redirect Fried Shrimp as well. -- Cyrius| 00:36, 19 Jul 2004 (UTC)
