WHat the F? Is this true? RESPOND. RESPOND.

Filled out some of the basic details so this page even qualified to be a stub. I don't know about the veracity of the original version, so I kept it.--AviDrissman 30 June 2005 02:56 (UTC)

I don't think this is the name[edit]

I am a Windsor resident. While the events of the former International Freedom Festival remain (Detroit-Windsor or Windsor-Detroit was not part of the name as I recall it), the name itself has been removed from the late-June event on at least one side of the river, and probably both sides, for years now. I was out of the country during the years that it lost its name, so I was quite disappointed when I returned, because I thought the name International Freedom Festival said something about the relationship between our two cities and countries. Guess not. It's currently called Detroit River Days or GM River Days on the US side, and Windsor Summerfest on the Canada side. Both events are put on by companies called Parade (Windsor Parade Corporation in Canada, and The Parade Company in the US) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.48.199.166 (talk) 10:29, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tone and focus[edit]

I can't believe that this hasn't been fixed, but the personal tone and focus is ridiculous. —Preceding unsigned comment added by AndrePeltier (talkcontribs) 19:07, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
