  • Nice work! I am satisfied with these changes and can now confidently pass this article for GA status. As always, congrats on another fantastic Middle-earth article! 𓃦LunaEatsTuna (💬) 16:50, 26 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Copyvio check[edit]

No concerns from me. Quotations are used in-line with WP:COPYQUOTE.

All images are relevant, high quality and copyright-free:

File:Namarie Gregorian.jpg: valid fair use rationale;

Prose[edit]

  • The caption of the first image should end with a full stop for consistency with the other captions.
  • Full stops at the end of captions only for complete sentences...
  • I did not initially realise that caption four was a complete sentence.
  • Could you mention in the lead that Quenya was constructed by Tolkien?
  • Done.
  • "songs from Middle-earth" – wikilink Middle-earth.
  • Added.
  • "From 1997 to 2005 the" – needs a comma.
  • Done.
  • Wikilink mezzosoprano.
  • Done.
  • "who played Saruman in the movies" – recommend "who plays Saruman in the movies".
  • Past tense for deceased actor.
  • Oh, I see!
  • "his Music of The Lord of the Rings film series," – uncapitalise.
  • Done.
  • Is there a secondary source for the Narsilion album? Otherwise it may not be entirely noteworthy.
  • Added.
  • Nice!

Refs[edit]

All sources are RS. Passes spotcheck—no concerns with refs 1, 4, 5, 9, 15 or 18.

  • Noted.
  • Is there a parameter available for ref 4 that does not italicise University of North Texas?
  • Done.
  • Ref 19 needs a page number.
  • Don't have the book to hand, but there's another source, so dropping the ref for now.
  • Noted.

Other[edit]

Short description, efn note, navs, other templates and cats good.

  • Noted.
  • Recommend adding WP:ALT text to images where possible.
  • Done.
  • The word-by-word analysis external link is redundant as it is cited in the lead.
  • Removed.
  • The external links for the song rendition by Aijin Hidelias should be removed as promotional material. If it cannot be mentioned in the article itself I doubt this needs an external link either.
  • Removed.
