Hello, Hawklord, and welcome to Wikipedia! I came across your fine additions to Malagasy language. I notice you're not so new here anymore (having made your first contribution as early as September 2004), but the following collection of links might come in handy anyway:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome! — mark 21:33, 17 Apr 2005 (UTC)

RS232 and EIA 232 F[edit]

Hi there - do you have access to the current standard? Could you perhaps check the statement I made about interoperability with older implementations, and timing requirements? The only standard I have in my collection is C, which is important but quite elderly. Thanks for the update on the article. --Wtshymanski 19:37, 30 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Hello. Unfortunately not. The reason that I checked it out was that I'm going through some sales documents mentioning RS232 (as it is usually known), and I wanted to know the current status of the standard. This article helped me to find who is responsible for the standard. Hawklord 19:52, 2005 Apr 30 (UTC)

Malagasy?[edit]

Hi there, are you from Madagascar? I am searching for someone from Antananarivo and created a new userbox: User Madagascar. ROGNNTUDJUU! 16:45, 2 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No, I'm from Sweden, but my wife is Malagasy. Hawklord 12:05, 3 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
