The yellow primrose is a well-known flower and a common spring-flowering British Beaconsfield, whose favourite flower was reputed to be the primrose. Wrong pictures[edit]

The pictures in the gallery show a specimen of fireweed, Chamerion angustifolium, and dogrose, Rosa canina. None of these are, to my knowledge, called primrose.
