Certified Professional Electrologist[edit]

Someone recently added this text, and I've removed it to here:

In Electrolysis a Board Certified Electrologist who has passed training and exam criteria established by The American Electrology Association and Educational Testing Service's The Chauncey Group Although established in The United States Of America, the CPE is a recognized credential all over the world.

I think they probably added it here because "CPE" hard-redirects here. It should instead go into a free-standing article and "CPE" should be turned from a hard-redirect into a disambiguation page.

Isn't it "Customer Premise Equipment"?[edit]

I thought it was "Customer Premise Equipment". [sic] That is, the singular rather than the plural. It was back in the 1980's, anyway.

Nevermind. I looked it up in the PDF (?) of the 1934 Communications Act. It is "Premises".
