Removing the redirect will not solve Ms. Spinks' problem. There are about 10,500 Web pages with both her name and her porn stage name. If the Pixie article remains, the redirect from her real name would remain a valid one, and I doubt that it will be deleted. Be thankful that the redirect doesn't go the other way... and ask Ms. Spinks what she plans to do about the other 10,500 sites that Google turns up on her should Wikipedia accede to her request.
