Main employer?[edit]

quote: "main employer in the province is the university of Groningen"

comment: does a university actually employ that many people? --Menchi 03:00, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Frysian Empire?[edit]

Excuse me..... What does "Frysian Empire" mean? Alteration may be needed. Splee 14:54, 23 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Need a new Map link[edit]

The existing Map link (to a map from Arriva) didn't work any more. I removed it.

Subdivisions errors[edit]

@Melvinvk: Your recent edits at Template:Dutch municipality population have resulted in six "[convert: invalid number]" errors in the table at Groningen (province)#Subdivisions. The errors occur because templates like {{Dutch municipality population density|Ten Boer}} give an error message instead of a number. I'm hoping you or RB9090 (who recently edited this article) knows how to fix the problem. Johnuniq (talk) 06:13, 25 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I just noticed Menterwolde#Demographics which has a similar problem. Johnuniq (talk) 06:16, 25 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I guess this problem occurs because those municipalities don’t longer exist in The Netherlands. They merged with existing or other municipalities. Melvinvk (talk) 12:27, 25 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
