My name is Alex Makin. I am the Outer East Branch Convener of the Public Transport Users Association and am also one of the founding members of the Ringwood Transit City Community Coalition (RTCCC).

The Ringwood Transit City Community Coalition aims to provide the community with a voice in regard to the Ringwood Transit City project. It is only through providing meaningful community consultation that we can ensure that the the future vision of Ringwood is one of vibrancy filled with opportunities for all residents.

Additionally I am also a member of Whitehorse Toastmasters, which has provided valuable insight and experience for delivering effective public speeches and presentations.

Besides my voluntary work I am employed as a Marketing Coordinator for Plant Solutions Pty Ltd, the Australasian alliance partner of Aspen Technology.
